Payment for 2nd Saturday Vendor Application Form
Thank you for agreeing to our guidlines & terms for 2nd Saturday in Darien Georgia.
No one is allowed to participate by just showing up!
You may drop off your check & picures of your booth in person at City Hall marked Attn: DDA Director/Second Saturday or you may email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org then mail your check in to P.O Box 452 Darien GA 31305 (Second SATURDAY APP must be in the subject line of your email). You will be notified via email or phone once you have been approved. An online payment option is coming soon.
Once approved as a vendor:
As long as you confirm a reservation and attend Second Saturday, we will transfer your reservation fee to the next month. If you make a reservation and do not attend, you forfeit the deposit and are required to pay a new $15 reservation fee before attending again.
If you tell us in advance you cannot attend, we will transfer your reservation fee for up to three months if you are unable to participate. After that, you will need to re-apply for consideration and will be required to pay a new reservation fee. If you have two no-shows, we will not allow you to participate in any future events. No fees will be refunded for any reason.
